Rachel and Brett were married at the beautiful Manti Temple (Dedicated in 1888). To this day, the Manti Temple is one of my favorites. It sits upon a hilltop and is totally majestic and looks out of this world!
Rachel and Brett were blessed with an amazing day! Perfect weather! We all thought is was going to be completely freezing as it was snowing like crazy just a few short hours before the wedding began! The clouds parted and offered us with the warmth of the sun as they came out of the temple to greet friends and family!

This wedding presented itself with a few challanges. The family wanted the video to be shot primarily in slow motion which is not something that I usually do. I much prefer real time wedding films but it just works with these two and the slow motion really helps in capturing the emotion and connection that Rachel and Brett have for eachother!
I shot this one with the 60 D and had a few issues with the spot metering not functioning properly as well as the camera getting overheated when filming longer clips. The lighter weight of the camera also was a challange when operating with the glidecam 4000. The 2000 would have been a better suited rig for this camera to get smoother shots. I much prefer the 5d mark 2 with the full frame sensor to give a more dramatic look but overall I'm very happy with the way things turned out!
